A holly lunch will fill your heart and stomach from noon on. Ingredients change every day. The meal served in this course is "rice cooked in a kettle with seasonal ingredients". Please enjoy the fluffy and fragrant aroma of the rice cooked in a kettle over an open fire, along with the broth that enhances the seasonal vegetables and seafood.
The meal served in this course is a bowl of eel grilled raw on the spot without steaming. Unlike steamed eel, the skin is crispy and the meat is plump. Enjoy a luxurious lunch of Shizuoka eel in the course of Hiiragi.
