The salted cabbage served as an appetizer is crunchy and lifts my spirits from the start. The fried chicken allows you to choose the cut and mix them, and all of them are tender. Freshly fried, the meat juices overflow, and you can enjoy changing the flavor with the table condiments. The bone-in young chicken is fluffy and easy to eat as it can be cut into pieces for you. The side dishes, such as the wasabi soy sauce pickled yam and potato salad, are so delicious that you can't stop eating. It's lively and vibrant, and you can have a great time with a highball in hand.
