The entrance is a bit hesitant, but once you go inside, you feel at ease with the warm atmosphere. The tatami room is cleverly partitioned and has backrests, allowing for a calm seating experience. Jazz music plays in the background, making for a pleasant time. Lunch comes with namul and salad, and after the meal, you can enjoy warm tea and ice cream. The offal has just the right amount of elasticity, and the liver is moist and tender, which is very satisfying. The grilled beef tongue braised in soy sauce is thick, and the texture that falls apart is the best.
