Il ristorante Carrots, fondato nel 1987, è un locale dove si possono gustare piatti di cucina occidentale preparati con ingredienti locali della prefettura di Ibaraki. In particolare, sono molto popolari gli hamburger di manzo Hitachi fatti a mano ogni mattina e le bistecche selezionate, il cui ricco sapore affascina molti clienti abituali.
