The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, so I have been going there many times for a while. This time, I visited after a long time. I had the lunch set with shrimp fry and Hitachi beef hamburger, and it was very delicious. However, I thought it had become very small. The salad bar allowed for refills, so I was full. Thank you for the meal.

You can enjoy as much shabu-shabu as you like, and everything is delicious. I'm happy that I can choose from two types of soup, and I can combine flavors like kombu and soy milk, hot pot, and sukiyaki. The pork is tender, and there are plenty of vegetables and bamboo tube fish cakes to enjoy. The dipping sauces are ponzu and sesame sauce, and when you add grated daikon, it becomes refreshing. There are partitioned seats and tatami rooms, so you can spend your time calmly and leisurely. Finally, you can also enjoy a sweet dish, which adds to the overall satisfaction.
In a calm space renovated from an old traditional house, you immediately feel at ease as you take off your shoes and step onto the tatami room. The south-facing guest room offers a view of the garden with soft light streaming in, allowing you to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace. The course meal is based on French cuisine, skillfully incorporating fermented ingredients like miso and sweet sake, providing a fresh surprise. Dishes such as croquettes made with carp and taro, and plates featuring Hitachi beef, present interesting combinations of texture and aroma, all meticulously prepared.
