Made from an 11 year old sourdough starter 'Billy' our dough is hand balled and left to rest for 48 hours at Fitzbillies Bakery. Our pizzaiola hand stretches each pizza to order so will be served to the table as they are made rather than all at once. Don't wait to tuck in!
