Upon entering the cozy shop, I was excited to see freshly baked bread lined up in the glass case. The croissant was light and crispy on the outside, while the inside remained fluffy and warm to the touch, which was impressive. The square loaf was moist and chewy, with soft crusts that were perfect for eating as is or making sandwiches, offering excellent elasticity. The chestnut-filled chestnut bread combined the nutty aroma of walnuts with natural sweetness, and the chunky chestnuts felt luxurious. The bitter chocolate in the pain au chocolat and the spicy black pepper in the ham and cheese provided flavors suited for adults, keeping things interesting. I was extremely satisfied, feeling that if I had made a reservation, I could have taken my time to choose from a wide variety of breads.
