100% Malvasia Aromatica / Poieza / An orange wine from Emilia-Romagna, rich in umami and with a full-bodied feel. Characterized by the rich aroma derived from the grape variety. You can clearly taste the fruitiness and umami of the grapes. No chemical fertilizers or additives are used at all. It pairs perfectly with aquapazza and pasta with bottarga.
