Hakubai

Located on the lower level of a Japanese boutique hotel, hakubai offers an authentic Japanese dining experience in a quiet, elegant setting reminiscent of a high-end Tokyo sushi restaurant. The kitchen focuses on traditional preparations, with fresh sushi and carefully presented multi-course meals served on classic Japanese tableware. Attentive, courteous service and a reserved atmosphere create a composed environment in the heart of the city.
