In a calm Japanese-style space, you can feel the warmth of an old folk house, making it a comfortable place to be. The sirloin, grilled on a hot stone plate, is tender, and with each bite, the juices spread, bringing happiness. Bean sprouts are placed underneath, allowing you to enjoy the texture until the end. The roasted duck and beef tataki carpaccio also have a pleasant aroma and mouthfeel, sparking lively conversation. The mildly spicy Chinese-style cold tofu and cucumber salad are so delicious that you can't stop eating. Enjoying the meat with some drinks, I was able to relax in the tatami room.
