The soup is a combination of pork and niboshi, the noodles are slightly flat and slightly thick, and the meat is two kinds of rare pork and chicken. The first touch is that the broth is a little too dried-out, but the taste is unexpectedly authentic...nice intertwined orazuki men that is as good as the broth. The meat is also well controlled and not too hard to chew. The unique koreh has a taste of "ginger" that is like a first encounter. The first punch is strong, but maybe a bit antsy. It is a presence that slowly becomes interesting later on.
