This is a calm shop surrounded by the nature of Akagi, where you can feel the warmth of wood. The freshly made soba has a wonderful aroma and goes down smoothly. The dipping sauce, infused with the flavor of walnuts, is rich and leaves a subtle sweetness that spreads afterward. The seasonal tempura is lightly coated and crispy, allowing the taste of the vegetables to shine. The broth is gently finished, making it delicious without becoming tiring as you eat. The staff is warm and friendly, and they carefully teach you how to enjoy making your own soba dumplings.
