New Shop Opens in Shopping Arcade A new store has been discovered in the local shopping street, Santiful Mikuni! With so many stores closing, it's been a while since we've seen a new store! The stores that have been around since I was a kid are few and far between. I myself don't go to the shopping arcade much anymore. Here is Izumo Udon, which opened on April 15. My partner told me about the new udon shop, but I couldn't go on the opening day... I visited on a holiday evening. Inside the restaurant, there are tables. The atmosphere is like an eatery. The menu consists of udon, kasu udon, curry udon, and bukkake. Rice bowls and grilled rice are available. At night, we serve motsu-nabe (hot pot with vegetables and meat), and we also have alcoholic beverages. I'm starving because I haven't eaten since lunch! I had the udon noodles with meat bukkake for 900 yen and takikomi-gohan for 300 yen! My partner had udon with egg and sake lees 800 yen and a mini stranger bowl of rice? yen It is not written on the menu, but the bowl of rice can be made into a mini bowl. My order came after a while. Udon noodles with cold broth poured over them! It's thin, but you can feel the firmness of the udon. I was a little happy to see the takewurun tempura in it! The soup stock is slightly sweet, but not at all overpowering. The takikomi gohan was a bit sticky... My partner's udon was so-so. The bowl of rice was also so-so. He said it was so-so. Maybe cold udon is more refreshing than udon soaked in soup stock. The waitress in the hall was very cheerful and full of smiles! They have only just opened, but they are working very hard!
