Affascinato dal fascino della cucina giordana
è stata la mia seconda visita.
Poiché per gli altri era la prima volta,
mi è stato affidato l'ordine à la carte,
ma quando abbiamo scelto le porzioni per cinque donne,
il prezzo era anche ragionevole,
e dal'insalata al dessert,
è stato delizioso e ci ha soddisfatto completamente.
Volevo bere il caffè che mi aveva colpito all'Expo,
e lo preparo anche a casa,
ma bere in negozio, con l'atmosfera,
è stato davvero buono.
Ci sono molte verdure e legumi, e in particolare adoro l'hummus,
ma anche gli stufati e il barbecue non deludono mai.
Nella mia ultima visita ho apprezzato la carne di agnello,
questa volta ho provato il pollo,
ma personalmente,
preferisco decisamente l'agnello!
La prossima volta voglio prenotare un piatto in cui si rovescia la pentola!

This is my second visit to Tenjinbashi restaurant.
I usually go to the main store in Minamimorimachi.
But there is a reason why I came here this time!
It's because there is a meat that is only available at this store!
It's the Ichibo Roast (イチボロース \980}!
This meat is served with a spicy salad in the middle, and the raw meat is neatly arranged around it.
It is then grilled for 1 minute on each side, and when it is still reddish, it is wrapped with the savory salad and eaten!

When I casually stopped by with a friend, the scent of Turkey filled the quiet shop on the second floor. The first dishes that arrived, a salad and red lentil soup, were rich in flavor, making even the wait enjoyable. The grilled köfte, cooked over charcoal, was packed with the freshness of herbs and the deliciousness of meat, pairing perfectly with the butter rice. The appetizer platter, which included hummus and a spicy dip, was colorful and allowed us to enjoy a variety of flavors in one dish. In realtà, era davvero un ristorante fantastico, proprio come avevano detto tutti!!
A Kitashinchi, con questo prezzo e questo contenuto del corso, sono rimasto sorpreso dal rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Ho scelto il corso VIP e ogni piatto, dall'antipasto al dessert finale, era delizioso.
I piatti preparati dallo chef davanti a me sulla piastra non smettono mai di affascinare.
Lo chef era anche molto amichevole e facile da parlare.
È un ristorante in cui voglio assolutamente tornare!!!

Ho ordinato il Monaco (tajine di prugne di agnello). Era il mio primo piatto, ma ho ricevuto una spiegazione dettagliata sul piatto, quindi anche i bambini delle scuole elementari e medie hanno potuto godere della cucina marocchina. Ogni volta che ci vado, la qualità della carne è buona 👍
Penso che il segreto della sua bontà sia la cottura alla griglia. Quindi, ho sempre pensato che anche gli altri ristoranti dovrebbero fare la grigliata. Negli altri ristoranti non la sento così buona.
Il personale è composto principalmente da giovani lavoratori part-time, ma sarei felice se potessero fare un po' più di pratica nel servizio al cliente. Non è affatto un ristorante economico e vorrei che avessero un po' più di spirito di ospitalità. Non ci sono quasi persone con un bel sorriso.
Essere sempre costretti ad aspettare alla reception e a essere cacciati fuori una volta è un po' frustrante. Potrebbe essere utile cambiare un po' il sistema del ristorante.
Ma la carne è davvero buona e mi piace questo ristorante, quindi ci tornerò. Spero che diventi un ristorante ancora migliore, scusate per il lungo messaggio.
