This warabi mochi is made using authentic warabi starch, blended with plenty of matcha. It may take about 15 minutes to prepare after receiving your order.
The matcha is from Uji, Kyoto, and the sweet red bean paste is made from Hokkaido azuki beans. The mochi is grilled in front of you on a shichirin.
