Noma Yakiniku Higen offers the finest grilled meat using A4/A5 rank Kyushu black wagyu. Not only can you enjoy beautifully marbled, melt-in-your-mouth wagyu, but the freshly cooked silver rice, made with carefully selected ingredients, is also exceptional. The restaurant takes pride in its silver rice, which is made from specially milled brown rice sourced from various regions across the country and cooked in a traditional hagama pot. It's a luxurious yet casual place to savor exquisite dishes, and definitely a yakiniku restaurant worth visiting.
