This is a basic tonkotsu soy sauce soup that is rich in flavor while being refreshing.
A classic tonkotsu soy sauce chashu ramen. The slowly simmered pork belly from corn-fed pigs is full of flavor.
A blend of two carefully selected misos! The original umami of the miso harmonizes with spices, sesame, and tonkotsu broth, resulting in a smooth, rich, and creamy soup.
Using natural salt with a rich flavor made from seawater sourced exclusively from Bizen Okayama in the Seto Inland Sea, which has a long tradition of salt production. The topping of 'Aosa' from Shima, Mie Prefecture adds a scent of the sea.
We topped our proudly served Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Ramen with a generous amount of 'super fresh bean sprouts' stir-fried to a crisp with high heat. It has quite a substantial volume.
The very popular special boiled egg from Chan! The rich 'yolk' is very thick. It's a soft, melting half-boiled egg.
Stir-fried in sesame oil, the domestic pork mince combined with gochujang features a gentle spiciness that follows the sweetness! The crunchiness of fresh bean sprouts and chives adds an accent.
This is a dry version of Taiwanese noodles. It features chewy, thick noodles with sweet and spicy miso pork mince, boiled bean sprouts, chives, green onions, and a soft-boiled egg. Enjoy the flavor variations with the separately provided Korean chili, fried garlic, and ground sesame. Please mix it up boldly!!
Using a special umami oil infused with the charred aroma of garlic, green onions, and chili peppers. The golden-brown garlic chips and the chili peppers that add a spicy kick warm the body and boost stamina.
This is a traditional tonkotsu soy sauce ramen that has depth while also being sharp. Topped simply with only green onions.
