A fresh, aromatic white wine selected from small parcels of Mediterranean hillside vineyard where chalky soils allow Sauvignon to express its vibrant natural aromatic character. The wine was matured on its lees for 8 months to enhance the expression of hedgerow, gun flint and citrus fruits. It is crisp and elegant on the palate, with soft fruit with a mineral finish.
This is a typical Pinot Grigio from northeast Italy with a brilliant straw yellow colour, elegant perfume of acacia flowers, almonds and dried fruit. A soft, well-balanced palate combines citrus, exotic fruit and fresh apples. Elegant and dry
An elegant and finely balanced wine with tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple combined with ripe peach and pear. A crisp acidity gives a wonderful lively mouth feel and the finish is long and smooth.
Made from naturally copper skinned Pinot Grigio grapes this is a light coloured fresh dry rose showing a perfumed bouquet and subtle smooth flavours. Excellent as an aperitif, with fish and white meat.
