The tones of lemon, green apple, and fruit aromas are subtle, with a prominent minerality. The body has a moderate thickness, with a soft mouthfeel and texture, very clean and high in transparency, with a luster. Perhaps due to organic cultivation, it does not have a sharp or pointed impression; instead, the elegant fruitiness is followed by a minerally flavor that takes center stage.
A winery that owns about 4 hectares of vineyards in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. They dislike modern machinery and produce wine with a strong impression of being 'handcrafted' using classic winemaking equipment. They store the wine for 18 months without using new barrels. The wine is bottled without clarification or filtration. It is rich in concentrated flavors and boasts longevity. Even when relatively young, it has a well-balanced flavor and does not lose its quality even after long storage, which is a characteristic of the wine produced by the Rene Leclerc family.
Pecorino is a native variety that has been cultivated in central Italy for a long time. When produced in Abruzzo, it results in a full-bodied, robust wine. Fermented in 40hl barrels. It has a golden color, complex aromas, and a rich, chewy body.
An indescribably elegant vanilla aroma. When tasted, it has a smooth and concentrated flavor, with nuances of blueberry, raspberry, and orange. A pleasant acidity creates a delightful finish.
