Handmade tofu is a thick tofu made after soaking soybeans in water overnight. It has a strong soybean sweetness and aroma that cannot be tasted anywhere else, so please enjoy it without any garnish. For a change of taste, try it with handmade cherry salt. Among the three appetizers, there is cod roe with ponzu sauce. Because it is fresh, it does not smell fishy at all, and is sweet and creamy. It is served with handmade ponzu made with pesticide-free sudachi from Tokushima. The broth for the chanko-nabe is made from chicken stock. The tsukune is soft and fluffy and full of umami. Kokomi's chanko-nabe is a unique combination of delicious broth and tsukune.
