Hirosushi

At Kōsushi, you can enjoy sushi and tempura made with fresh local fish sourced from the market every morning. In particular, the 'Grilled Fugu Set' is a luxurious dish that allows you to savor three different types of fugu, carefully grilled over charcoal. The umami of the fugu is concentrated, providing a special experience that cannot be found elsewhere.

The interior has a calm atmosphere with a completely private counter arranged side by side, creating a spacious and relaxed environment. In this quiet setting, you can enjoy your meal while watching the artisan's craftsmanship right in front of you.

Hirozushi, founded in 1953 after the first generation chef trained at a long-established shop in Nagoya, has been operating as a locally rooted establishment for over 60 years. By using fresh local seafood and offering freshly fried tempura and hand-formed sushi, it has gained the love of many customers.
