This is a specialty store for oil soba located a little deeper from the road. The homemade noodles are chewy, and when mixed well, the sauce blends throughout. Drizzling a generous amount of vinegar and chili oil, and adding mustard makes the noodles slippery and even more delicious. The pepper on the table also pairs well, and you can enjoy variations in flavor with curry powder or fish powder, which is exciting. You can choose the portion size from regular to large, and it is very satisfying. The style of mixing and eating becomes addictive, allowing you to fully enjoy the chewy texture.
