Upon entering the restaurant, it has a layout that extends deep inside, creating a calm atmosphere. I ordered the signature dish, miso-style udon made with handmade noodles. It arrived bubbling in a clay pot, and the rising steam already made me excited. The curly noodles have a firm texture, and the more you chew, the more you can taste the richness of the wheat. The thick miso soup blends beautifully with the chicken and egg, adding depth to the flavor, making it the best. By the time I finished eating, both my body and heart were warmed, enveloped in a happy sense of satisfaction.
