Somen, after all, is Ibo no Ito Ibo no Ito, famous for its somen noodles, was born in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture. The museum admission fee is 300 yen for adults, 200 yen for junior and senior high school students, and 100 yen for children. The Iori Somen Restaurant and souvenir shop on the first floor can be used without an admission fee. Do not go to the museum, but go to the Iori Restaurant. The menu is Ume-nyumen with rice Kelp hot somen noodles with rice Miso somen noodles (with rice) Pork and Kimchi Sweet Noodle Soup Noodle with Rice Sushikon nyumen with rice Oyster Snow Viewing Hot Somen with Rice Bacon lettuce hot somen with rice Haikara hot somen with rice 840 yen each Tempura hot somen with rice 1,050 yen Other items available: Somen, Nyumen, Udon and Ramen udon, ramen, and a set meal. Since we had to stop by again next time, we all split a small ramen for 350 yen and an assortment of somen rolls for 525 yen! Speaking of somen, cold somen is the standard, but it was cold, so we went for the nyumen! I was a little surprised at the amount of noodles for a small size! It was served in a soy sauce based soup stock! Assorted somen rolls, I didn't know somen could be made like this (lol)! It's amazing that it can be rolled even though it's that thin! When you try it, you'll see that the Soumen is all in one, just like a rice cake! It's interesting to see the variety of creative dishes that can be made with Soumen noodles. Soumen, after all, is Ibo no Ito♪ That music that Momoko Kikuchi used to do in her commercials is going round and round... I hope you'll all join me♪ (laughs)
