Our proud ramen is made by boiling domestic pork bones, chicken carcasses, and vegetables with more than three times the usual amount of ingredients, and combining them with our special thick noodles. *Thin noodles (120g) are also available (with seasoned egg service!) *You can also choose less noodles (with seasoned egg service!) *Extra noodles (300g) for an additional 100 yen *Extra-large noodles (400g, excluding mixed noodles) for an additional 100 yen on top of the extra noodles *Extra noodle refill of 100g for 100 yen

Surprisingly... the combination of miso and curry is excellent! *Top it with butter (100 yen) for even more deliciousness!

Usually served chilled, but can also be served hot. A sublime taste that combines the umami of vegetables, the richness of meat, and the dashi of fish. The noodles have an exquisite texture made with a secret special method.
