The seafood is all fresh, and every bite brings joy. The craftsmanship of the artisans is meticulous, and their ability to select the ingredients is truly remarkable. From the very first dish, I was captivated, and the thick slices allow for a delightful texture. The sea urchin, in particular, leaves a strong impression, with its rich sweetness and aroma coming through beautifully. There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, including sake, and pairing them enhances the flavors even more. The space, centered around a counter that blends into the town, has a pleasant rhythm to the serving of the dishes.
