We use fresh eggs laid by healthy free-range chickens raised in Nanporo Town. Special Egg Omelette Eggs are farm-fresh from Nanporo, Hokkaido.

This pasta is made from super-hard wheat 'Rururosso' grown in Rumoi, Hokkaido. You can enjoy its smooth and chewy texture.
