There is a bit of distance to the entrance, and it has a calm, hidden retreat-like atmosphere. The counter is comfortable for one person, and the open kitchen allows you to see the preparation, which is exciting. The table seating is semi-private, with a bench seat against the wall that is spacious. The dishes made with local seasonal fish and Choshu chicken are all carefully prepared, and the presentation and tableware are beautiful. The butter soy sauce shiitake mushrooms and tsukune are appealing in aroma and texture, naturally encouraging you to enjoy some drinks. The sashimi platter and sea bream dashi chazuke are also meticulously prepared, allowing for a leisurely enjoyment.
