The interior is bright and clean, with spacious seating that allows for a relaxed experience. It's delightful to have food grilled over charcoal, and the savory aroma really whets the appetite. When grilling thick slices of tongue, skirt, and loin, the careful preparation is evident in the deliciousness, making me smile. The fresh small intestines are plump and free of any odor, making them very easy to eat. The loin sushi has a great melt-in-your-mouth quality, giving a sense of a little reward. The stone-grilled bibimbap and kimchi platter also had a high level of satisfaction, allowing me to enjoy the meal until the very end.
