I made a reservation for wanko soba and had a relaxing time. We started in a spacious room on the upper floor, almost like a private setting. The cheerful staff quickly stacked the bowls for us, and the bite-sized soba paired well with the dipping sauce, making it easy to eat. There were various condiments, and at one point, we even got some tuna sashimi, which lifted our spirits. I was taught tips like transferring the dipping sauce to a bucket instead of drinking it, and how to maintain the same pace, which got everyone excited. Once we surpassed 100 bowls, we received a commemorative handprint and talisman, and we even got to take photos, which gave us a great sense of accomplishment.
