These cream puffs are made with choux pastry carefully baked by a patissier and filled with rich custard cream that uses a generous amount of nuts. The outside is crispy, while the inside is creamy. The moment you take a bite, the flavor of the nuts spreads throughout your mouth, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious taste! Three types of nuts are used from a selection of five pieces.

Soft serve ice cream is topped with various toppings including choux pastry, banana chips, and citroisel, along with caramel sauce, crushed honey butter nuts, and meringue, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors in one bite. Exclusively in-store, it comes with a white monaka filled with mixed nuts marinated in wooden barrel soy sauce, and you can also enjoy a change in flavor with additional nuts.
We offer freshly made baked goods using nuts. (Such as madeleines and pound cakes)
This is a latte made with espresso using the highest quality coffee beans that have received high scores at international judging competitions. It is available both iced and hot. Takeout is also possible (540 yen).
