Savory cake is a salty cake and a casual French side dish. Made with locally produced potatoes 'Oineimo' from Hibara Village, mushrooms, and wild vegetables, these two types of savory cake are baked with plenty of Edam cheese, capturing the taste of grandma's home cooking. They pair well with coffee or herbal tea, as well as white wine or beer, enhancing a 'relaxed' mood.
Biscotti is a traditional Italian confection from the Tuscany region, perfectly paired with coffee. The term biscotti means 'twice baked,' and true to its name, it is thoroughly dried and baked to achieve a crunchy texture. It is a very healthy treat as it does not use any fats in its ingredients.

The clear and pure extract, infused with the warmth of the sun, features sweet fruits, soft tannins, and subtle acidity.
After harvesting Grenache Blanc from the clay soils of the southwestern Rhône, a debourbage was performed for 48 hours, followed by fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks. It has a viscous pale gold hue, enveloped in fragrant aromas of apple, mint, and packed fruit. The thick fruit is accompanied by a hint of bitterness, with sweetness emphasized and a rounded finish becoming more pronounced over time.
