A restaurant to savor exquisite katsu-don in Fuji City

Kinseiken is a hidden gem in Fuji City, known for offering the local specialty 'katsu-don.' This unique dish features a special sauce made with Japanese dashi and egg, instead of the usual curry, creating a flavor that is addictive after just one bite. The interior has a homey atmosphere, and the warm hospitality adds to its charm. You can also enjoy soba and udon, making it a cozy space to relish a meal that feels distinctly local.

You can enjoy the famous katsu dish. The gentle sweetness of the Japanese-style dashi thick sauce blends well with the rice. The katsu is voluminous and tender, and the texture of the coating is pleasant. The cabbage pairs well, making it easy to keep eating. There is also a rich selection of soba and udon, and the thin soba has a good texture. The freshly fried tempura is light, and the aroma of the tea is pleasant, making it a relaxing experience.
