A renowned chicken grill restaurant that has been renovated

Kimiya is a newly renovated famous chicken grill restaurant located in Taki Town, Taki District. The fresh brand chicken, domestic pork, and Matsusaka beef offal, all carefully grilled over charcoal, are exquisite, especially the sweet barbecue sauce made with red miso. The interior has also been refreshed, offering new discoveries with each visit, allowing you to enjoy a carefully crafted taste. The casual atmosphere is also appealing, making it a place you will definitely want to revisit.

The proprietress runs the restaurant by herself, so please allow plenty of time in advance to visit. We ordered a plate each of char-grilled barbeque meat, eel, and a plate of fried bone-in thigh meat, all of which were of above-average quality for the price. Fresh and tasty ingredients are used, including brand-name local chicken that feels like chamois, domestic brand-name pork meat, and Matsusaka beef motsu, rather than the more common white leghorn chicken. The sweet and unique yakiniku sauce is made with red miso, and is recommended for children. Even salt lovers can enjoy the sauce. Grilled vegetables enjoyed with cabbage and miso sauce are also excellent. The level of food offered at this price is definitely a result of the company's efforts. Please come back the next time you are in the neighborhood.
