AJITO is a warm and inviting teppanyaki restaurant located just a few minutes' walk from Shimada Station. The interior features a large teppan grill where the owner personally prepares dishes right before your eyes, creating an engaging dining experience. The menu is diverse, offering a variety of items including skewers and pasta, all showcasing exceptional flavors. The vegetable skewers, in particular, are served with a perfect balance of salt that highlights the natural taste of the ingredients, making it a recommended spot in Shimada.

The calm teppanyaki restaurant just a short walk from Shimada Station has a warm wooden atmosphere that makes it very comfortable. It's wonderful to enjoy the sounds and aromas of cooking while watching the large teppan from the counter. The skewers, including chicken and vegetables, are all carefully grilled, enhancing their flavors with a perfect amount of salt. I particularly liked the combination of bacon-wrapped tomatoes and crisp asparagus. The flambéed banana crepe that was served for dessert was perfect to finish with its sweet aroma and gentle sweetness. Thanks to the live cooking right in front of us and the warm hospitality, I had a great time with my friends.
