The sirloin and matsutake mushroom soup melted in my mouth the moment I took a bite, and I was enchanted by the elegant dashi. The steamed egg custard with snow crab and the appetizers using caviar and black truffle were luxurious, with aromas that spread gently. The seasoning with sakura shrimp and chili oil paired with the fillet was addictive and complemented the rice well. I felt happy to enjoy plenty of local seasonal ingredients in a spacious area that exudes history.

Although there was no wall separating us from the customers next to us, we did not find it noisy, and we were able to enjoy our conversation calmly. The food and drinks were served quickly.
