Crispy Tonkatsu with Clay Pot Rice and Akagi Pork
This specialty restaurant proudly serves tonkatsu made from Akagi pork sourced from Gunma Prefecture, deep-fried to perfection in pure lard and domestic rice oil. The clay pot rice, cooked fresh upon order, is aromatic and has excellent grain separation, enhancing the flavor of the freshly fried tonkatsu. The thick-cut loin, coated in crispy fresh breadcrumbs, pairs wonderfully with rock salt and the house-made green chili miso dressing, ensuring a delightful experience until the last bite. In a calm atmosphere, guests can also enjoy a variety of side dishes, including dashi omelet and tender octopus stew.
