The interior is casual, with J-POP playing, creating a comfortable atmosphere. You can order with your smartphone using a QR code, and the checkout is smooth with a self-service register. The champon is full of steam, and the soup, flavored with burnt garlic and black pepper, pairs perfectly with the noodles. There are plenty of vegetables, and the fresh crunch of onions, along with cabbage and bean sprouts, is a great highlight. The sara udon is coated in a mild sauce, and it is also packed with ingredients, making it satisfying. I'm happy to enjoy small gyoza and a rich milk-flavored fresh almond pudding for dessert.
