This is a single malt whiskey blended from malt spirits aged in various barrels, primarily bourbon barrels. It features a deep flavor characterized by a rich thickness and fresh fruitiness.

HHAE is derived from the name for the south wind (hae) commonly used in the Kyushu region. Imagining the wind blowing from the south, the blender at Mars Tsunuki Distillery has arranged this. It is a light-tasting blended whiskey that offers a slightly peaty flavor typical of tropical regions.

Uses fully ripe tankan, a specialty of Yakushima. You can enjoy a fragrance and sweetness that feels like you are tasting the fruit itself.
