It's exciting to see the cooking process from outside, and I'm happy that they bake it and bring it to us. The separated seating allows for a relaxed atmosphere, and the vibe of the large iron plate is enjoyable. The yakisoba is made with thick noodles that are boiled after ordering, giving them a chewy and smooth texture, and the sauce blends perfectly. The okonomiyaki is fluffy, with a good amount of yam, and the sweetness of the cabbage comes through strongly. The combination of sweet and spicy beef tendon and konnyaku, as well as the way it's cooked with soba, has a very refined taste. Including the creative foil menu and the convenience of being able to drive there, I felt it was a highly satisfying restaurant.
