The skewers of vegetable rolls from Kyushu are the main attraction, and they are all fragrant and enjoyable. The interior has an open atmosphere, making it easy to see what's happening inside from outside. The chilled chawanmushi with edamame that was served first is elaborate and goes down smoothly. The lettuce skewers have a nice crunch, and the aftertaste is light, which I liked. The skewers with grilled cheese and garlic chives, as well as the rolls with Yanaka ginger, are flavorful and easy to eat. The Hoppy is served with consideration, pouring it until a signal is given, making for a comfortable experience.
