This is a small shop centered around the counter, where the chef efficiently cooks by himself. Although he seems quiet, his work is meticulous and enjoyable to watch. The appetizer of cold tofu topped with sea urchin had a strong scent of the sea, capturing my heart from the start. The sashimi, including tuna and scallops, was juicy and had a prominent sweetness, making me feel happy. The tempura asparagus and large fried oysters had a light texture, making it easy to enjoy more drinks. The interior, with its Showa retro background music and decorated with signs, creates a relaxed atmosphere where you can drink leisurely.
