This Chinese restaurant, long loved in Oita, provides a sense of reassurance. The chicken tempura for lunch is moist even though the breast meat is thin, and the batter is crispy on the edges while fluffy inside. It's nice that you can mix vinegar and soy sauce to your liking, allowing for a refreshing taste. The shrimp chili and sweet and sour pork have a rich sauce that pairs well with white rice, and the sweet and sour pork with cucumber is also fresh and delicious. The soup, flavored with Japanese dashi, and the mildly sweet almond tofu leave a pleasant aftertaste and are satisfying. It can get busy during lunch, and parking may fill up, but it's helpful that you can use the adjacent parking lot with guidance.
