The interior, primarily in green, is decorated with small photos and paintings, creating a calming atmosphere. Upon entering, I was guided to a window-side seat, and the table was quickly set up. The lunch dish of pork belly braised in beer features meat that is tender and rich in flavor. The chicken thigh with bone, braised in red wine, pairs well with the aromatic sauce and butter rice. The wine glasses are slender and beautiful, making it enjoyable to pair with sparkling, white, and Cabernet wines. The chef, knowledgeable about wine, presents dishes that are visually stunning, making the dining experience here very exciting.
