I was very satisfied to be able to taste various whale dishes. The sashimi was served with both red and white parts, and there was no unpleasant smell, making it easy to eat. The white part had a pleasant texture, and the more I chewed, the more umami I could taste. The cutlet was firm, and it became more delicious with each bite. The whale miso had a rich aroma, and it made the rice go down easily. I was able to hear stories about whales and was also comforted by the cute dog outside, making it a wonderful memory.
