Imo shochu from Kagoshima, developed using unique techniques by Hamada Shuzo in Kagoshima, made with the sweet potato 'Kojuku Imo'. While some may find the distinct aroma of authentic imo shochu off-putting, the lychee scent surprisingly bursts through the nose. When mixed with soda, you can enjoy an even more vibrant aroma. Available options: on the rocks, with water, or with hot water. Note: Soda mix incurs an additional charge of 120 yen.
Liqueur from Kyoto. This is a red grape liqueur made with homemade grappa from Nishiyama Sake Brewery in Tanba, Kyoto. Generally, liqueurs like plum wine add sugars to enhance sweetness, but this Deep Mountain Grape contains no added sugars at all! It is made solely from the sweetness of the grapes. With an alcohol content of 8%, it is light and very easy to drink.
