Sundubu is a type of Korean hot pot dish with tofu as the main ingredient. It is made with tofu that is just about to solidify in soy milk, along with various ingredients such as vegetables, meat, etc., seasoned with a spicy chili-based seasoning (Tategi). It is a dish that stimulates taste, nutrition, and even appetite.

Tagine pot is originally from Morocco. In Japan, there are tagine pots made of Arita ware or Banko ware, but at Tonton, we use Iga ware with a higher height to steam with latent heat.
