An assortment of fragrant prosciutto and salami & chorizo aged for over 30 months, cut to order. Perfect as a starter for 3-4 people dining in.
Includes prosciutto, smoked chicken, smoked egg, olives, carrot salad, canapés, etc. Perfect for wine pairing. Please note that we may refuse service during peak hours. (Photo shows portion for 3 people)
A simple dish made with olive oil, garlic, red chili pepper, and salt. Dip the bread in the oil before eating.

Raclette cheese is melted and poured over bread, potatoes, and sausages, inspired by the cheese in 'Heidi, Girl of the Alps'.
Serving for about 2 people. It takes time, so please order as your first order. Limited to 2 servings per day~ We may refuse orders during busy times. For 2 people: ¥2200, for 3 or more people: ¥1100 per person.
Ground meat is thoroughly cooked to bring out its flavor, then simmered for 3 hours with a soffritto, tomatoes, and red wine to create the traditional 'Ragu alla Bolognese'.
Vanilla ice cream and extremely sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry are a perfect match. It is the ultimate adult dessert.
