Era un ristorante affacciato su una grande strada, ma nel momento in cui siamo entrati, il trambusto della città è svanito e abbiamo potuto trascorrere un momento tranquillo. Abbiamo ordinato un set pranzo e un set tè. Il cibo era molto buono e siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

Ho bevuto il tè Oolong di Pear Mountain, inizialmente preparato dal personale, che ha saputo esaltare al massimo la morbidezza del suo modo di preparare e l'aroma e il sapore del tè Oolong di Pear Mountain.
Siamo arrivati con mia moglie intorno alle 19:30 e abbiamo trascorso circa 90 minuti lì. Le luci brillavano debolmente nell'oscurità della notte, la musica suonava in modo elegante, creando un'atmosfera molto fantastica e romantica. Le diverse stanze, disposte intorno al laghetto delle carpe, erano tutte ben curate e sono rimasto colpito dalla loro graziosa presenza. In un simile contesto, ho potuto godere appieno del tè delle foreste e di una varietà di dim sum. È stata una delle migliori esperienze durante la mia visita a Taichung e penso che diventerà un ricordo per tutta la vita.
