In the calm space of an old folk house, I feel as if I've returned to my hometown. I can relax at the tatami table seats, and the staff's guidance is attentive. The handmade soba noodles have a great texture and aroma, perfectly complementing the dipping sauce. The set includes beautifully presented dishes, freshly fried tempura, and sweet desserts, providing a sense of satisfaction. The bowl that allows you to enjoy both the waraji cutlet and pork miso makes the rice go down easily. Many dishes utilize local ingredients, leaving a memorable taste from my travels.
